Acetaia D Ricordano stems from more than 45 years of experience in balsamic vinegar production by Dodi Ricordano, “Mastro Acetaio” (master vinegar craftsman) who inherited this passion from his grand-mother Carmelina Ligabue.
This new project vision is shared by a group of friends who believe in the expertise of this “Mastro Acetaio” who appreciates the value of locally sourced ingredients. Only natural, additive-free elements are used for high quality products.
The premises of Acetaia
D Ricordano are in Casalgrande, in a hilly surrounding, where many other excellent “made in Italy” products are manufactured, such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Lambrusco, the second best-seller Italian wine in the world.
The company offers to the market 2 labels: Acetaia DiScandiano and Acetaia Sole e Tempo.
