SCENTED, BALANCED, ROUND and uniquely INTENSE.
It can be appreciated at its best when used as dressing directly on all kind of salads, thanks to the accurate proportion of its fine ingredients. It can also be a refined ingredient to garnish aperitifs, as well as fish dishes, shellfish, poultry and cheese.

It is obtained through the traditional handicraft blend of concentrated white grapes must and white wine vinegar. Then, it is thoroughly and smoothly strained with specific tools in order to preserve its valuable organoleptic characteristics. These properties, which define the undeniable uniqueness of this condiment, are later enhanced by decanting in barrels of different woods.
