Ingredients: 60% Vinagar of Jerez DOP 40% Cooked grape must.
Production method: vthis condiment is produced in a handcrafted traditional way by the Vinegar Master Dodi Ricordano. This procedure allows to preserve the aromas and the precious organoleptic properties of the ingredients. It is unique among the other condiments.
The aging process follows the SOLERA method, starting from a 220 liter barrique to a 75 liter barrel.
SCENTED, STRUCTURED, INTENSE, UNIQUE.
Color: Dark mahogany
Smell: Lasting with notes of wood and nuts
Taste: Pleasantly sweet and sour, structured and fragrant
Conservation: Room temperature.
Suited for any kind of salads, meat, sauces and marinades. Ideal for the preparation of gazpacho and cogollos.
